help please,on our tenancy agreement,we are only 4 people and thats the agency knows aswell,but we our 5 people sharing in the house.if i put only 4 people paying that house,will the or knows about this?

The OR will only send a standard letter to the landlord informing them of the bankruptcy and requesting whether or not there are any rent arrears - there is no other information divulged so the landlord would have no way of knowing how many actually live there unless you or another tenant told them

The OR never wrote to my letting agent. I think this was because I could prove that i was not in any arrears. I did also ask, very nicely of course, at my interview for them not to inform the letting agents and they agreed not too. There are no guarantees that the OR won't write but all you can do is ask.

hi thanks,but i think the landlord knows that we are 5 people living there.is the or will ask how many are we there?

No, the OR will only be interested in whether YOU have any rent arrears as you are the one declaring BR.

In section you must declare all occupents of the property that you live in. Normally the OR will ask any private landlord for a copy of your tennancy agreement
