As I am now discharged from BR, I wish to rent my house out. (After buying back from OR for £1)
Would there be any issues with the tenants I rent it too getting Sky/ telephone etc etc as my address at some point must have been registered as a BR lives there, or is it the individual?? I do have a BRU though for 5 years, given to me within the year of being a BR!!
Any advice would be great as I am starting to worry loads, that I won’t be able to rent it out.
