I have just been offered a new job and have accepted, they have just sent me an application form to complete and it has asked if I have ever declared BR, it is just an administration role but could this effect my job offer? I hope not as I have just turned down another position. I will have been discharged 5 days before I start the job and my BR was completely personal.
Unfortunately, you will always have to answer 'Yes' to this question as you have been declared BR. The question asks whether you have ever BEEN BR rather than whether you ARE BR so being discharged doesn't make any difference in this case.
You never know you may still get the job even though you have been BR.
