what happens when a case gets forwarded to the RTLU department to deal with the transferral of the official receivers interest in to a property that is in negative equity ,and how long does it normally take for the trasnsferral.
This will all depend on how busy the ORs office are. I expect you're definitely looking at a couple of months, but give the ORs office a ring to see if they can let you know an antipated timescale.
