Can anyone answer the following

section 3.4 on SOA - Personal Pension - Do I include the one I have taken out with my employer, it is one month old

3.2 - life policies - I pay 5.50 per month to Tesco so if I die it pays out. If I haven't died by the time I am 70, it ceases. There is no surrender value

I bought a scooter with an un secured loan, over 5 years, 1 year left to pay. Does this go under asset's. if so where?? at the bottom under any other property of value??

Thank you

Hi,

Personal Pension - Yes, include the employer pension. Unless this matures during your bankruptcy the OR won't be interested in it but you should still put it on the form.

Life Policy - Put the Tesco policy down. Even though there isn't a surrender value the OR will still want to know about it.

Scooter - Put these details in section 3.7 as it will be counted as a motor vehicle.
