Hi all sorry to bother you im at my wits end with worry nobody seems to be able to tell me the truth. We are petitioning on the 18th August the company we have dealt with have reassured us that we wont lose the house but just spoken to CAB and have told me that the OR will definately take the house straight away. We owe £114000 and its probably worth £130000 just need to know the truth from somebody going through bankrupcy is hard enough without the thought of losing the house aswell . Any advice much appreciated thankyou.
