Iam ,I was made bankrupt at Birkenhead county Court.I had to see the judge but he was really nice.They have a waiting list for appointments,in May it was 4 weeks.Supposed to be with Liverpool OR but they are too busy so my case was passed on to Blackpool office.Had a quick phonecall from Liverpool on the day,just to tell me I was being passed to Blackpool.I had OR phone meeting 3 weeks later,they were really nice and so far(early days yet)no problems.If youve got any more questions don't hesitate to ask.Off to bed now (work nights)but will be back on later.
