Hi,
My partner and I have just received our OR pack with date and time of telephone conversation. We have a letter asking us to sign forms and return but we have not been asked to send in statements or anything - Is this normal.

I had to send in my statements, i suppose every case is different, could always give them a ring on Monday.

Some OR's prefer to get them fro the bank, if you haven't been asked for them dont worry
