hi i have got into debt with my gas and electric as i moved into a rented house last sept and the gas here cost alot more i was paying the company £90 for my gas and electric a month and got into debt my first 1/4 bill came to £900 so the £90 was not covering it and it has snowballed since then but when i had a letter from the company saying they wanted my monthly payment to go up to £278 i could not find this kind of money so i have since gone onto a prepayed meter .nowim going to included the debt into my br but when im asked to put how much gas/electric im gunna put £150 as clearly what i was paying £90 was not enough for the winter .now i have bill to prove this but do not have bills to prove £150 that i want to claim as i have only just started my prepayed meter and before was paying £90 a month that didnt cover it will this be ok to put the £150 or will they question it.

They will question it but tell them what you have explained here and it should be ok, the amount you have been paying seems extortionate, might want to check that everything is in order
