A simple point I think:

I went BR in May, had my interview in early June (11 hours!!) Although I have ther say the guy was brilliant - said I could call him by his first name.

Letter already gone to my creditors no meeting necessary (which I have to say I am pleased about)

Since then (9th June) I have had two new contacts - is that normal? (They all seem to be nice though (so far)I have been told that I will be discharged after the passage of 12 months.

Is it likely that I will have to attend any further interviews?

Cheers to all fellow BRs and a big thanks to Melanie who has answered a few points for me outside of this forum

very difficult to say, you would normally have a second interview only if you had done something worthy of a BRO/U, only a small proportion of cases have a second interview.

11 hours has got to be some kind or record, you should see if you can get in the guiness world record books. I presume you must have had a long running business.

often if the OR needs to fully understand a complicated business then this can take some time.

I once attended an interview where the newly debt free person was running an internet gaming shop in cyberspace selling swords, machine guns and all sorts of mythical weaponry.

The intervewer had to do substantial research to understand what was going on.
