Hi
Could anyone advise on when/how my IVA wil be removed from the insolvency register. Went BR in Feb 09 after failed IVA.

Select the 'Report Error' option on the page that shows you are in an IVA as this should have been removed/replaced with a BR entry.

My IVA was on the register for months along with my BR but it eventually disappeared.

Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.
