just got back from court, we are now officially bankrupt, didnt have to see the judge, phone call to the or was very friendly.
we now have to wait 2 weeks for info pack(anyone know what this is?)
and 4 weeks for an appointment with the or, so not to sure what to expect from that? but for the next few weeks no restrictions.

stockport court was not the most private of places to do this, our or interview was over the phone in the middle of the office on someones desk!

applied for barclays cashcard account this morning, anyone know how long this is likely to take to come through?

so thats it the noose that has been the lloydstsb is now gone from round our necks and we now look forward to the or interview in 4 weeks time!

thanks for all advice and good luck messages! this site has been a great help and will continue to be over the upcoming trials and tribulations.

Congrats on the BR and not having to see the judge. The OR's pack includes the NTB2 and TNIDIS forms, which need to be signed. The NTB2 form explains the BR restrictions and the TNIDIS form allows the OR to liaise with HMRC regarding your income tax i.e. setup a NT Tax Code, obtain any tax rebates, etc. You may also be asked for bank/credit card statements in the pack as well.

Four weeks to the OR's interview isn't too bad and the interview is nothing to worry about.

Well done Ant and good luck with the interview, I worried myself sick about the court and esp the interview but it was all straight forward and the OR interview was very relaxed and friendly.
