i have just found out i have c.s.a arrears of £13,000.i am on a low wage,and have to pay it of in 2 yrs,which is just not possible.what are my options?
unfortunately csa payments are not included in bankruptcy so you would need to come to a sensible payment that is affordable and yet meets their needs.
i would suggest you complete a full Income & Expenditure list to demonstrate your true disposable income and submit thei to the csa
