if the minimum disposable income for an IPA is £99 and i have £50 availble a month but also paying tax of £50 a month do would they put in on a IPA or does the £99 DI be after tax ?

Surplus and tax are generally treated seperatly, in the above situation you would not have a surplus IPA but would get a NTIPA until the end of the tax year
