I have already put something on this forum about my situation, but am desperately trying to get some inforamtion about my circumstances, I have a secured loan on my house, company have put in for repossession, went to court, judge said didnt look like loan registered, also pointed out some other things, like how can someone who is not on deeds be on secure loan, has put of case to Octo 20, but advised me to get some advice on this, house is in negative equity as mortgage £69,000 loan is £58,000 house worth £85,000 if I am lucky and another secured loan for £6,000. As secured loan is in two names would it be better to have this other name taken of my judge, if he does not dismiss this case, and then go bankrupt and are secured debts included in bankruptcy???

Hi

The forum is not the right place to get this depth of advice. It needs to be fully understood with a long conversation and the soundbites in the posts are not enough to help you fully.

Please either call the helpline above or alternatively contact one of the forum experts directly so you can have that conversation.

because the other case is in October you really need to do that this week.
