i am 27 years old and have debts of about £18k, i have my own homw with my husband and 2 chldren who are 4 & 2. im currently in an iva but have been left with hardly any money, allowed £30 a month for 4 people for clothing???? after speaking to a lot of people i have been advised of bankruptcy as i have had 3 valuations done on the property, 1 at £90k, and 2 at £95k, i have a mortgage balance of £94.5k, please can you advise if ill be allowed to keep my property as im worried for my family than for myself.
