th or is not interested in my hubbys commercial property there is a tenant in it paying rent to the mortgage company who are only interestd that payments are made will my husband get to keep this property at the end of his bankruptcy

If the OR is not interested, and the mortgage payments are up to date, the I would think he would be able to keep it.
