Last week I received a new i/e form from or with a view to possible early discharge,I returned it the same day.Yesterday I received another letter to say they had concluded dealing with my case and as long as no creditors objected, they would be filling early discharge papers for me at the court in 28 days time. As I have no ipa or nil tax code does this now mean I won't get them.I can't beleive how smoothly things have gone so far and how nice or has been and to be (hopefully) getting early discharge after only 4 months seems too good to be true. |

Once you are discharged you can't get an IPA. Not sure about the nil tax code but it may be the same.
One of the experts will be along with further information.

again, no idea on nil tax, though I would have thought it would have to be in place by now, most people seem to get it fairly quick (I didnt as I imed it a month before end of financial year lol)
but congrats, nice and quick for you :) and dont be ashamed, debt happens, at least you've had the nerve to deal with it :)
