will i lose my home if i go bankrupt....i have a mortgage of £71000 and a secured loan of £15000 and the house is valued at approx £82000

Hi,

As your house is in negative equity it is highly unlikely that you will lose it. What usually happens is that you buy the beneficial interest from the OR which will cost you £1 plus £211 costs.

Obviously you need to keep up the mortgage and secured loan payments on it.

The glimmer gets brighter all the time
