HELP!! i am really struggling with my form what expenses i can put down as i have 4 kids and myself and hubby. also when i phoned court up and arranged a date with them they said who was helping with my bankrupcy petition i said i was doing it alone and they said the judge would have to be informed? will this go against me? i did try a dmp last year but they were not the best company and tried to get me to buy into other products and i had to finish where i was working. Another thing my bank account is not one of my creditors i have a flex account with nationwide do i put it down cani keep it? thank u for any advice will be appreciated.

as regards bank accounts , the best advice is to open a COOP cashminder account, they are very BR friendly and i have not heard of them being frozen post BR.
The judge (if you see one) will ask if you are aware of what you are doing and have you taken advice.. CAB is a good answer to that question!!
i'm sure that other people including one of the experts will be able to give you advice as to how much you can claim for on your SOA
