Hi, My Wife and I were made bankrupt on the 8th of june 2009, I received a letter this morning from the o.r saing that he was applying to the secretary of state for buisness for his release as trustee, My wife works and has a nt tax code, no ipo so far, I was made redundant prior to bankruptcy and have not worked since, Could you explain what this letter actually means as to how far along we are in the bankruptcy. Kind Regards-Mark

Hi Mark and welcome to the forum
it basically means that the OR has finished with your case and is applying to be released from it as he has completed his work involved in it .
nothing fot you to worry about and hopefully an early discharge
