Hi, Court this morning and for anyone waiting to go the experience was much easier than expected.
Just had paperwork checked then never even went into court, papers stamped, quick telephone conversation with Official Receiver and now just wait.
Thanks to all the help from the forum and to anyone about to go or waiting for court, relax, that certainly seems to be the easiest bit!!
Thanks again everyone

Hi Whatamess,
Congrats on jumping a major hurdle. Did they give an indication as to when you will have your meeting with the OR?
I have heard a number of forum members state it is not as bad as you think going to court.
