Hi and welcome to the forum
Solicitors tend to cost lots of money and very few specialise in the BR field.
This forum can be very helpful to anyone planning or going through BR and feel free to ask any questions you have.
There are Professional Experts that also post on this forum who would help on a personal non-forum level should you wish to have assistance
They can be contacted through the links onthe left hand side of the page

Hi Shaun,

There is a number of BR experts on this site who will give good advice on the options open to you.

You do not need a legal professional to petition for BR, you can action this yourself.
Im sure an expert will be along shortly.

Hi,

Just to agree with what has been said, solicitors are not normally necessary for a BR petition.

The BR petition is designed as a DIY job!! That having been said, this Forum is great to get assistance as necessary and it is FREE

Good luck, Richard

There's no need for a solicitor. The BR assistance firms on this site (RevivaUK and Jones Giles) are very highly respected but as others have said the BR forms are pretty easy to complete.

Try completing the forms and ask any questions on here and people will be able to assist you and if it turns out your situation is complicated then you can speak to either RevivaUK and Jones Giles.
