Can someone please advise what would happen to my partners assets if I petition my own BR? Specifically her car, which was on HP in her name only and settled last year. Its value is approx: 7k.
any assets in her name only are nothing to do with the OR if it is only you that declares BR that is as long as they were not transferred into her name within the last 5 years to potentially avoid loss in BR
