hi i have a date for court on the 29th for bankruptcy im around £10.000 in debt most of which are credit cards and catalogues for things ive had for my children and house. im a single mum with 4 children 3 of wich are still dependant on me. im on income support i have around £90 a month left when payed bills ect:can anyone tell me what is likley to happen, thankyou. a_a
If you have a look at Skippy's blog there is a list of IPAs based on your disposable income - it'll give you an idea of what you have to pay....or not! I have a feeling the fact that you are on an income based benefit means that you don't have a disposable income -hopefully an expert will confirm that. Good luck for the 29th - it's not that bad honest!
