Hi all,
Well I had my OR telephone interview today. Despite being very nervous it went fine. The OR was very relaxing and put my mind at rest over a lot of things.
If you are due your interview then all I can say is dont panic, they really just went through everything, even phoned me back this afternoon to say that they will not be seeking an IPA which was a relief.
Just one quick question, is that it now, do I just sit back and wait? All feels quite strange, been worrying for so long doesnt feel right not having anything to worry about!!!
All been made much easier with the help on here so keep it up, please.
Good luck everyone!

Well done on getting through the OR interview.

Yes, there's not much else to do now. If you have a car then you should receive an exemption letter from the OR in the next couple of weeks and the same with the OR pack if you haven't already received it.
If you are liable for an IPA the details should arrive in a month or so as that takes a bit longer to set up.
Other than that just get used to not having the phone ring every 5 minutes and creditors chasing after you! |

Thanks, The OR stated today they would not ask for an IPA. My car is a lease purchase, 2 years into contract (4 yr contract) I have missed no payments. OR said they would have to write and inform the company and it was then up to them what they chose to do. The car is worth less than what I owe so Ill just see what happens, if they take it back Ill have to deal with it but half hoping because I have no arrears they might let me keep going with it.....any thoughts? Thanks Matt |

Whatamess congratulations on getting through the OR. Regarding your lease, have a look through the agreement. Some do have a BR clause which states the agreement will be terminated if you enter a BR.
