hi can anyone tell me if it is best to tell my creditors im going br as im getting some nasty letters and my phone is ringing all day and i dont answer it as i dont know how to tell them i carnt pay them.if so do i tell them on what date im going br.thank you aa
Yes you can tell your creditors that you are going Bankrupt and when you are booked into court, however they may not stop the calls and letters until they have your Bankruptcy number and court.
