Can anyone help me out with these 2 questions please
1. After I go B/R and seen the O/R what would happen if I was offered any overtime at work? Would I have to give this to the O/R?
2. My wife and I took out a loan secured on our house ( the house now has been repossessed) but the house was only in my name as I was the only one with mortgage so it was only my house they could take off me due to my wife earnings they insisted on joint names, my wife now as no income what will happen to this loan after my B/R. If it goes in my wife's name how could she pay it with no earnings?
