hi. not sure if anybody can help but i am going bankrupt on tuesday but only just filling out my forms now, im on section 5.2 and you need to provide details of every card you hold including the card numbers, i have cut up and thrown out all my cards so im really stuck as what to put in this section. the notes just say 'you must provide the full card number' .. does anybody know a way around this or what i can put in the box instead?
Hi if you cut them up ages ago then you dont have them and so dont need to fill out section 5.2. If you need a reference number for section4 thogh it should be on all your statements
as debt info has said you should have a reference on the statement.
even if you have to go through their (the credit card) phone system to get the information, try and help the OR with as much info as you can, as long term it should help you get through the system quicker
