I am under going the process of bankruptcy and would like some information on what happens if after my bankruptcy has ended, i inherit property left to myself by my parents when they inevitably die? Also i would like to ask if there is any help for people currently recieving incapacity benefit/ income support to help find the court fees for the impending case? I have never been in this situation before and would really apriciate some advice
