hi there
We have just completed our dealings with the OR and have bought both mine and hubbys BI from them. TLT solicitors sent confirmation of completetion followed by a copy of LR search after completion to show restrictions lifted , but one restriction still remains onb the entry which is the part that stops a sole proprieor selling the property and states that if one dies the other would have to arrange to make someone else joint proprietor before a sale, mortgage etc could be registered. Are we right in thinking that this restriction should have ben removed with the other one as the property has now been dealt with fully as far as we are aware, that is why we paid the OR and the soliciotrs. Any adice appreciated. Many thanks in advance

Hi L20,

Not sure on this restriction. No doubt a forum expert will be available to assist soon.

Gd Luck.
