I am applying for banruptcy in January, my question is that I have a contract with vodafone and my phone bill is £35.00 a month, my sister and boyfriend also have a mobile phone contract with vodafone under my name which they give me the money for each month, so on my bank statemts the direct debit coming out for the phone bill is greater than £35.00 a month. Will the OR let me keep my mobile phone?
