I had pre payment gas and elec meters put in quite a while ago , even though they are apparently slightly more expensive to run i find them much better for me to budget with. Both my meters have debt on them when I am made BR will they be informed and they are no longer allowed to take money from me when i buy credit to pay towards what i owe them ? Does it mean that anything prior to the day i am made BR must be removed from my debt ?
