i seem to recall someone mentioning to me that my current years ouncil tax would not be included in my BR (but im paying current year on an agreement anyhow) but my previous years council tax would be - about £170 i owe from 08/09 bill will this be in BR as part of my debts and i will just be left to finish with this years bill myself ?
What about water rates , i owe money from this year and last year , can they include this utility ? Will it be only the previous year or is it up to the day im made BR ........ ?
