Im getting innundated with letter after letter from everyone at the min and somehow a couple of them have managed to get my phone number even though its a diff phone to what i had when i was in communication with them. Its a pay as you go mobile and is not even registered in my name so where on earth would they get my number from.
Anyhow after court on Wed when I get made BR someone said that they will not be allowed to contact me by letter , on the phone , or in person etc (they have came out to the house a couple of times). Are they informed that they are no longer allowed to harrass me or do i tell them im BR when they ring and tell them not to ring any more etc ?
Will the letters stop ?
poor postman will end up with a hernia from all the letters he fetches me every day - maybe im the reason the royal mail are on strike lol
Give them your BR number, and hand over the letters to the OR. The calls will subside eventually.
