It was now a good few month ago that i filled in my BR paper with my expert as there have been a couple of delays before we could get a court date. I have given him a list of debtors and rough figures of what i owed at the time. But i am getting loads of letters that debts have increased because i have been referred to other agencies etc, on Wed when i get made BR do i have to get statements from everyone or does someone just contact them all , dont understand what happens ......
The OR will gather the current balances from your creditors. Do not worry about putting the exact amount on your SOA.
