Hi elaine,

I'm not an expert so wouldn't know if it is the best option but I do know that I went bankrupt also with no assets and it was so easy and a good fresh start for me. Please do not be nervous, we all know how it feels and an expert will advise you soon.

Hi Elaine

I am on benefits and have decided that BR is the only option for me. I would say from your brief post that yes BR is the right option for you simply because of your low income, you can't afford to pay into an IVA and with a low income I doubt the OR would give you and IPA/IPO

I only earn £435 and I don't think I'm getting an IPA and I have over £60k of debt (don't ask!!)
BR may be the best option - not an easy decision but was the answer for me.
