ahave been bankrupt since oct 2008, can i borrow money to pay of dabts now

Welcome to the forum.
How can you have accrued debts if you are BR??
All your debts should have been captured when you went BR last year.

Your credit file will show BR for 6 years from date of order. You will find it very difficult to obtain credit until after this time.
