hello! me and my wife are currently applying to go bankrupt i want to know will i loose my motorcylcle that i have, i bought it fron a dealer who supplyied me with a finace agreement i owe £5800 on my finance and the bike is worth about £3900,the problem is my bike is my only form of transport to and from work (i work all over the northwest)could i keep the bike and keep up my payments on it

there are people on here who have kept their vehicles on finance but this has only been with the agreement of the or - it may be that as you owe more than the bike is worth you find that they will not allow you to keep it (usually the limit for a vehicle is approx £2000 in value

Is it a HP agreement of a fixed term loan agreement
