I'll be going bankrupt for the 2nd time. 1st was 2001 to 200 when my telecomms business in Ireland was closed down by a court order. My second time is because my property portfolio colapsed through negative equity and rental agencies going bust and not paying rents to me. How long would I remain bankrupt for the 2nd time.
