Hello,

I have just tried to login to the insolvency site after a few months away from it to finish my forms and it wouldn't let me log in and came up with an error message 'user inactive'
Does anyone know what I do about this and will I be able to access my old partially completed forms, or will I have to do new ones?

I would suggest that you use the contact us form on the top of the site and ask them about it. It may be that they can reset your password.

hello,

I think if you don't log in for 12 weeks your file is closed and you have to start again
