are there any guidelines for my i&e budget?

The following Excel spreadsheet has some of the main guidelines but you should really put down what you spend rather than trying to fit it towards the guidelines - www.insolvency.gov.uk/DocumentLibrary/Policy/Excel/Household%20Expenditur.xls
