If you are made bankrupt in the UK and then go overseas (out of EU) to work I assume that you are only classified as Bankrupt in the UK and not in foreign countries say like Kenya or Turkey etc and as such would not be subject to the same restrictions as being resident in the UK, would this assumption be true, thank you
Best regards
JT

good assumption JT

I would encourage you to keep in contact with the official reciever as they can make it very untidy for you, if they think that you have done a bunk to avoid their investigation, it can get silly

Apart from that The OR will only know about your income as a direct result of what you tell them..

The OR can monitor the number of visits you make to the UK but hat would be unusual.

If you decide to go BR provide the OR with an email address and keep regular lines of communication, however due to time delay encourage them not to phone you.

The question is BR before or after you leave the country, get your timing correct

regards Richard

if declaring BR from outside the UK it is probaly best to use someone like Paul John from RevivaUK www.revivauk.com they do a lot of LPA work for people outside the UK
as mentioned timing and planning can be everything

Don't worry or know that worrying is as effective as trying to solve an algebra equation by chewing bubble gum.(Baz Lurman)
RevivaUK helped me through it all i can't recommend them enough!!
