Hi there

We have just received the paperwork to complete an upto date I & E for a possible early discharge within next 14 days(went bankrupt end July this year)..completing this is fine but have a couple of concerns if anyone can help???

1. We have a life insurance policy covering our mortgage, in our OR interview in August we were told we could leave as it is, cancel or buy it back..........we said we'd do the latter but have never heard anything since.
2.We were also given the option to purchase our BI in October, both of the £1 cheques have been cashed but not the solicitors cheque for £211..........what happens if we are lucky enough to get an ED before these two things have been sorted???

Any advice very appreciated

Thanks again :-) xx

i would imagine that your assets ie. BI and life insurance policy are in the process of being dealt with and even if discharged the assets still vest in the OR until bought by you.
