DOES THE BANKCRUPTCY PAYMENT HAVE TO BE MADE ALL AT ONCE AND IVE GOT RENT ARREARS DOES IT CLEAR THOSE AS WELL

You will need to pay the BR fee in cash when you hand the BR papers into the court to file for BR.

Hi Nicola,

cannot add to what has been said about paying the court for BR - has to be the total sum (Ł510 normally) and IN CASH!

Do you have problems with your tenancy - you mentioned arrears - I may be able to assist with some suggestions for you - come back as necessary.
