got chance of early discharge (sent in I&E form)but case been moved twice since returning it,tryed to find out if I&E form as arrived safely but no reply to my request-any ideas how i can put my mind at ease(2week window closes tomorrow) |

I would contact the OR at the address that you returned the form to. Other than that have a look on the insolvency register as there should be an address for the OR/RTLU handling your case.
Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.

contacted where i went BR then RTLU where it was moved to then , sub office that it was moved to -no joy.

One thing about the register for EDs is that there is no rush to update it. When I was declared BR my details were there the following day. I received an ED in Nov but the register wasn't updated for 2 weeks. For some reason I didn't receive a letter from the OR/RTLU regarding my ED either so this is definitely the bottom of the insolvency service's priority list. |

only seny I&E 2 weeks ago ,just want to know if they received it,but cant get anyone to confirm this.

Did you send it recorded delivery? I must admit that I sent all correspondence to the OR via recorded delivery in case there were issues with the OR's office not receiving documentation, statements, etc. |
