could anyone advise me on allowed amounts to put down for expenses as if you go bankrupt i have heard they are a little more leneant than with IVA`s.please help as i`m so worried.Thank you.

just put down what you think you need for your expenditure, if the OR questions it you may need to be able to prove what you actually spend

The guideline figures are available at www.insolvency.gov.uk/DocumentLibrary/Policy/Excel/Household%20Expenditur.xls

But as debtinfo says just put down the amounts you spend. You can also put an I&E here on the forum and we will be able to assist you in the amounts or if certain things aren't allowed.

I agree with the other posters. Don't worry too much about allowances, put down what you actually spend.
