Great forum

ive got the forms downloaded ,im set to go BR ..

Do I need to have my bank /credit card statements for BR

I read here they get the amounts owed from the creditors ...

big expense if so ?

you wont need them for court, afterwards you will be contacted by the Official Receiver who will ask you for whatever statements you hold, what you have not got they can get from the bank. The OR does not pay for statements

Hi Richy1,

Welcome to the forum.

I had some of my bank statements when I had my intervews with the OR - the rest were obtained - I guess it is helpful to have the account numbers fro the OR - but even that does not really matter - they will find your details!! Scary really!

Regards and hope that you BR goes well - it is a big step, but if you have made sure it is right for your situation, it will be fine.

Just be open with the OR - much easier that way!

I didn't have all my statements and it didn't cause a problem. I presume the OR just got them from the banks.

Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.
