after almost one year and i shall soon be discharged but because my discharge date is on the 9th january which is a saturday does that mean officially it wont be until the monday that im free?

i know its only a couple days but i have been counting down for so long lol

does anyone know when the insolvency website will be updated? will my name just disappear or will it come up as discharged?

many thanks,

You'll be discharged on 9th January and the register will update to show that you have been discharged. This will stay on the register for 3 months, and then your name will drop off.

Congartulations!

Don't forget to print a copy off showing that you are discharged. You may need this if you want to open a non-basic bank account or savings account as some banks want proof that you have been discharged.

In fact it should update at 12:00 am on the 9th. You can stay up and watch it tick over if you really want :-)
