i see you might be able to get help on the court fees do you have to have the forms on your first visit and where do you get these forms

Hi malcolm

if you are refering to the £150 you collect the form from the court

different procedure different courts, some you complete the form on the day and you get the reduction. others are more slow minded and you get the credit returned to you a few days later

the best suggestion is ring or visit your local court ask to speak to the Bankruptcy clerk

It also lists the benefits you need to be claiming in order to be able to claim the £150 fee reduction.
